Let me share my secrets to the perfect cup of tea… Place a pyramid in your favourite cup. Pour in heated, not boiling (approx 85°) water. You can add a splash of cold to reduce the water temperature. Reducing the temperature reduces the risk of scalding the tea which can produce unpleasant bitterness. Infuse for 2 minutes and inhale the aromas as you slow down and anticipate that first satisfying sip.

The ‘Green Orange & Yuzu’ is absolutely delicious. It is my favourite tea for first thing in the morning. I’ve started my day with ‘Jasmine Green & Pear’ for years, but now this aromatic citrus blend has become a rival for ‘first cup’ spot.
