Applying for a Wholesale Account with us is simple. The only requirement is that you have a business number (eg. ABN/ACN for Australian businesses, VAT for business in the EU, TIN number for businesses in Asia, etc).

Flexibility:
By choosing to order online, you place the order whenever it suits you, rather than try to squeeze it into office hours. If you do need to speak with us, we are of course available – either via e-mail at orders@madameflavour.com; where we will respond same day, or by phone on 1800 780 109.
Fast delivery:
Orders received by 11am with correct payments details will be shipped the same day from our Victorian warehouse. Please add 1-5 days for delivery within Australia, and check the Australia Post website for delivery times for international deliveries.
Distributors
If you are a distributor, or larger customer with multiple stores or venues and require a personalised account, please contact us directly so we can understand your purchasing and logistics needs.
Display Materials:
After working with hundreds of thousands of tea drinkers over more than a decade we have learnt that extra care in the choice and service of tea will make your customers feel special and want to return. Tea drinkers sometimes feel like second class citizens with so much attention on coffee in Australia.
As an Online Wholesale Customer you are entitled to a set of complimentary embossed Tea Storage and Display Tins with your first order of Pyramids or Loose leaf tea. Keeping your tea in top condition requires airtight storage, out of the light and these beautiful tins are the perfect solution. Please email us at orders@madameflavour.com for your complimentary tins to be added to the order.
We can develop and print a personalised tea menu for your venue; a special touch which gives your customers access to the rich flavour story of each of these locally developed blends.
We also offer a variety of materials for purchase, including elegant Display Chests for those with self-serve requirements, dosage and cleaning tools and access to the classic French made Salam Teawares by Guy Degrenne.

Training:
Staff knowledge and connection with the tea they are preparing and serving is critical to customer engagement. And yet formal tea training is rarely offered. We have a range of training options to engage and up skill your team, from a downloadable Tea 101 Ready Reckoner, to our soon to be released Online Tea Barista Basics Course, to a bespoke session with our founder attending your venue to train your team face to face. Please contact us to discuss these extras which will add emphasis and professionalism to your venue.
Orders:
As a wholesale member you receive preferential discounts across all sku's in the range. With this in mind we have a minimum order value of $100. Orders between $100 and $300 will incur a $15 shipping fee, with orders over $300 receiving free shipping.
