Great product combined with fantastic customer service
Tried this tea when I was in a Melbourne Hotel and instantly fell in love with it. I have since bought smaller boxes of it and now my husband drinks it at night so we decided to buy the Pyramid 100 Pouch.
I’ve been drinking mint tea for decades and have tried many, many different brands and blends. But this is the best by a country mile. I love the lavender - subtle but delicious - and the blend of mints. So, so good. After midday I don’t drink anything else.
I recently had some minor bother with an order and the customer service was simply wonderful. Five stars all round. You have a loyal customer in me.
This is by far and away the best Earl Grey I’ve ever tasted. It makes a lovely strong cup - why should Earl Grey be weak?!? And the addition of lemon myrtle and lavender lifts it to the next level. I start every day with several cups and it never fails to please. Never stop making this, please!
Loved the original version of this product however this one has no mention of being 'caffeine free', is it??
