Let me share my secrets to the perfect cup of tea… Place a pyramid in your favourite cup. Pour in heated, not boiling (approx 85°) water. You can add a splash of cold to reduce the water temperature. Reducing the temperature reduces the risk of scalding the tea which can produce unpleasant bitterness.
